    Richard began his advertising career with Publicis Groupe in London before setting up a performance marketing business. He later founded iProspect’s Edinburgh office and subsequently became Managing Partner at Dentsu in 2016, before co-founding additive+ in 2020.

    Jack started out as new business executive at Rainmaker Consulting in London, before joining sports marketing specialist start-up Rush. Jack later joined Ogilvy as Client Director in Asia working across Coca-Cola, before becoming Director, Head of Dynamic Creative at Dentsu in 2016.

    After beginning his career with the British American Business Council in San Francisco in 2018, Lyall began his advertising journey in 2019, working under Jack and Richard as part of the Dentsu Dynamic Creative team. Two years later he followed them across to additive+ in early 2021.

    Jack graduated from Newcastle University with a Marketing Management degree in 2018. Upon graduating he then worked under Jack and Richard in the DCO execution team at Dentsu, before heading over to additive+ in 2021. He is now leading on UK and Global clients as part of the Havas network.

    Emerentia graduated from ENU with a degree in International Buinesses Management & Languages, with a cultural exchange in France at BBS. In 2023, she began her career in advertising by joining additive+ through the Saltire Scholarship programme, and eventually became a full time employee.

    James began his career in public policy, before returning to full-time education and graduating with an MA in Media Management. James then joined additive+ in early 2023 as an Associate Client Partner, leading DCO activity on a major B2B account.

    Ryan started out in an AdOps role with Dentsu on their graduate programme in 2017. Upon finishing the programme, he joined the DCO technical team under Jack, before joining additive+ in early 2022. He leads on feed management and manages technical campaign setups that drive actionable results.

    Kit is a creative designer who graduated from Edinburgh College in 2019. Starting at Dentsu in 2020, he devloped his skillset on innovative DCO projects over global clients. Joining additive+ in 2023, Kit creates user-focused designs that drive impactful experiences.

    Pearce studied Business Management with a year in industry while at university. He then gained 3 years of experience working in medical marketing at OLIVER, and has now transitioned to DCO marketing working with additive+ since the start of 2024.

    Jamaal honed his skills in media production during his university studies, earning a degree in the field. He went on as a freelance video Producer/Director and collaborated with various London production houses. Leveraging his expertise, he transitioned to a client partner role at additive+ in 2024.
